Delivery can only be made to MAINLAND UK.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to research all fish before purchasing.

If you are in any doubt about fish try and research using search engines such as Google.

In some instances fish may not be sent due to weather condition. If this happens we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. This is for the well being of the animals.

All pictures are for illustration only and it is strongly advised to research your animals before you purchase.

Many of our customers have more than one tank. We will not ask questions nor can take responsibility if an order contains a mixture of aggressive, non aggressive species, tropical, coldwater, marine, amphibians or inverts which may fight or not survive together.

The majority of fish are in stock for those fish not in stock (mainly applies to marine fish) and may need to be ordered in the following week in some circumstances this may take up to 4 weeks and is stated on the website next to the price.

Unfortunately the delivery charge of £20 cannot be refunded unless your order has not been sent.

Deliveries are dispatched between Monday and Thursday and received between Tuesday and Friday.

If in the very unlikely event fish arrive with you dead

To qualify for Refund/Replacement:

You will need to send a photograph of fish in unopened bag to sales@discountfish.co.uk on the day of arrival. We ask for the pictures on the day of arrival as we cannot be held responsible if fish die due to your water conditions not been correct or if an order contains a mixture of aggressive, non aggressive species, tropical, coldwater, marine, amphibians or inverts which may fight or not survive together.

If the fish seem unhealthy or stressed for any reason please contact us on the day of arrival. If no contact is made the same day of arrival you may not be refunded for any fish which die the following day.

     Without the picture evidence as stated a refund/replacement may not be issued.

The delivery service we use, APC couriers are not part of our company therefore the driver or APC couriers can not be held responsible on any account or to check the fish on delivery and used as evidence for a refund. As stated above we will need picture evidence sent via email to sales@discountfish.co.uk

If you refuse a delivery without picture evidence a refund will be void.
