DELIVERIES FOR GARRA RUFA CAN BE SENT OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THEM BETWEEN TUE - THUR. IF YOU WANT THE FISH THE SAME WEEK YOU ORDER, THIS WILL MEAN IT HAS TO BE PLACED AND PAID FOR BETWEN MON - WED.

Fish will only be sent if healthy and eating – Please allow 16 days for delivery to be sent out in some circumstances it may take longer.

All fish are sent in oversized bags with oxygen and packed for at least 48hours.

The bag will then be packed in a polystyrene box with heat packs and/or hot water (If necessary), in cold weather bubble wrap inside the box will also be used.

The price of this packaging is all included in the postage cost of £20, no matter how big or small the order is the postage still remains the same at £20. Your £20 postage will be refunded into your account if...

Deliveries are sent on an overnight courier to arrive before 5pm the next day.

Deliveries are dispatched between Monday and Thursday and received between Tuesday and Friday.

The price of this packaging is FREE as it is all included in the postage cost of £20.
